SPECIAL NOTE: AN ADDITONAL AUCTION CONTAINING FINE & ANTIQUE FURNITURE, GOURD ART, HOME DECOR AND MORE WILL BE CLOSING AT THIS SAME LOCATION ON 8/20 WITH PICKUP ON 8/22

To be in accordance with federal and state law, all handguns will be processed through an Arkansas firearms dealer. These firearms will be processed through 1 Stop Pawn Shop, 1985 Kroger Dr, West Memphis, AR 72301. The total cost to process each firearm will be $50, background check included, payable to 1 Stop Pawn Shop at time of pickup.

If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and the buyer's premium forfeited. You must be 18 or older to purchase a shotgun or rifle. You must be 21 or older to purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition.

NOTE TO BUYER: the Seller has requested this to be the last item to be picked up as it will be required to help load some, if not all of the attachments being sold in the auction.
